Help with review removal
Hello,
I have a review that I’ve reported several times, and it absolutely needs to be taken down since it is harming the business. This review does not comply with Amazon's community guidelines.

Title: Very cheap, fogged up soon as shower came on.
Rating: 1 star
Review: Looks and feels very cheap. Fogs up soon as shower comes on. No clue how this has 4.5 stars.

I don't see anything in that review that violates the Community Guidelines - why are you reporting it? They're not commenting on pricing or availability - "looks and feels very cheap" is not a comment on price.
It appears to be a completely honest opinion, just one that is unfortunately not positive.
While negative reviews are always a drag to deal with, at the end of the day customers are entitled to their opinion, and so long as they don't violate the review guidelines -which this one didn't- there's not much to be done here, I don't think you'll be successful in having it removed.

It is unfortunate, and we cannot predict how any one person will see the same product depending on how and where they might use it. I have to agree with @Seller_GYBivd6QH6hzX. I don't see a path to escalation for removal. Take care.
