FBA wins buy box with 4 week delivery
This is absolutely ridiculous. I just shipped some product for FBA because my SF inventory was not winning the buy box. I have been selling it for over a year and always was the featured offer for either FBA or SF. It is my brand, I am the only seller. My inventory has not even arrived at a fulfillment center yet my FBA inventory is winning the by box with a 4 week delivery date showing. My SF inventory, at the same price, has a 6 day delivery. Please explain to me how this is good for the customer???

Happnens.
Just increase the price for your FBA Offer so that it goes inactive, and you can receive SF Orders.
Once the shipment is delivered in the FBA, fix the price.
Instead of complaining about how Amazon is designed, we need to figure out ways to fix problems.

I looked at it just now (6/14 @ 11:30AM EST) and it shows only FBM, no FBA, and unfortunately it says "no featured offers"
It shows your name FBM only after you click on "other buying choices". And I know quite well how much this hurts sales.
I don't have any suggestions, but wanted to wish you the best of luck in getting this straightened out!
