Some time ago, all my FBM product links in my store lost the buy box because the late delivery rate reached 10%. The customer service suggested that if the late delivery rate is reduced to 4%, the shopping cart will be restored, but now the late delivery rate is only 3.7%. But my buy box has not been restored. I contacted the customer service again, but there was no help!!! The customer service only replied to me with the information that everyone can see to improve the customer experience.

Just so you know, we've lost Buy Box over the years a few times. There is no timeline to it fixing after you come back into range on any stat they use to punish you. It's random. It could be 3 days, it could be 3 weeks.
At some point you have to either give up and leave or give up and not care and let it runs the course.
A little trick is if you're ever coming close to a % line if you're a lower volume seller, do a burst sales by lowering prices to almost break even to pad your stats. Usually if you are close or go over the % you have a few days to do this as the dates catch up.
