Our account has been deactivated recently due to 26 Product Policy Violations - Trademark misuse. These are products manufactured by two companies. Both of these companies are licensed to manufacture the respective products by the trademark owner.
For one company we have their letter of authorization, but second company said that they do not provide such a letter. However, Amazon sells similar products by this company.
In the past we had similar problems with another manufacturer, and after an enormous amount of effort, and countless messages we manage to reinstate those products.
I have tried to fix the issues with the products for wich we have the letter of authorization. On the issue page, I have two options: to edit the product (and possibly remove problematic word from title), or to Contact Amazon, because the listing was incorrectly removed. I have selected the option to contact Amazon and I explained the situation, however the response was to Edit the product. The product brand, and title are correct, there is nothing to edit. Amazon needs to acknowledge that this is a genuine product. I have tried to reply to the case, but I always got the same reply to edit the product. After the account was deactivated, the case was closed.
What can I do in this situation?
The fact that the account is deactivate is not such a big issue, because it was always a struggle to get anything done, from listing products to fighting fictions product policy violations. We could not really concentrate on inventory, new products, partly because of the time taken by various issues, and partly because of not being sure when all will get shoot down - finally it was. However, the account has a balance of 1300 USD, and there are about 120 of our products in the FBA inventory. I think that these products were not among the problematic ones. As Amazon will not ship these products back to us, most likely they will go to waste.
My account has also an order that needs to be shipped. I should probably cancel this order, as it will be probably impossible to recover the balance of my account.
