Constant flagging and removal of listing stating trademark misuse
Hello,
I am new to selling and I am having some difficulties launching. My product keeps getting flagged for trademark misuse, however, I am not using anyone's trademark anywhere on my page. I opened a case and after the support team investigated, they found no misuse of trademark so they reinstated my product, but it keeps getting removed and reinstated. I had my listing reinstated about 8 times now and the support team only provide USELESS generic responses such as; make sure I'm not misusing trademark, etc, blah blah and doesn't provide or help with a permanent fix. They cant tell me where I am misusing the trademark either so can someone here provide some assistance because i am beyond frustrated reopening my cases.

Or post here the ASIN maybe someone takes the time to go look at it.

I understand you have questions regarding a trademark misuse for one of your listings.
In regards to ASIN B0D74Y2F23, I seeing you are currently utilizing the Tesla trademark, just as @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC has pointed out.
Do you have the authorization to utilize this trademark? If you are unable to provide evidence that you are authorized to use this intellectual property, you will be unable to reactivate the listing.
Is the correct brand listed? From the information you have provided, I am understanding that you omitted the brand in question when you created the listing.
You may delete the listing and acknowledge the violation; however, I do suggest working toward preventative measures for the same types of violations.
