My OTDR has fallen below the 90% and I’m very concerned about this!
I’ve only had 1 late shipment in the last 30 days which I don’t generally even have one. I’m very conscientious about my shipping and get all items out on time or early.
I now currently have 23 items with a late delivery, it looks like some of these are within the right day but wrong time or a day late. But 13 of these items were delayed at a single facility with no forward movement for 2-7 days. That is completely out of my control! I opened a case but I feel am not getting any traction with that. I’m concerned if any more shipments are added on I’m going to end up being deactivated.
