Read onlyI enrolled my product in the Amazon Vine program for 30 units. So far, 24 units have been claimed, and I have received 14 Vine reviews. My total review count is currently 27 (including Vine and organic reviews). Once my total reviews reach 30, will I still be able to receive any remaining Vine reviews, or does the program stop at that point?
DO i need to stop my vine program now? will I still be able to receive any remaining Vine reviews?
Hi @Seller_OZfVpKBEaGwgg,
When your product reaches 30 total reviews, Amazon will automatically stop offering it to new Vine Voices. You can find this under "Vine errors" at the help page, which states: "At this point we will stop offering the product to Vine Voices. You do not have to take any action and your enrollment will automatically be concluded."
The good news is that for your 24 units that were already claimed, those Vine Voices can still submit their reviews. According to the Vine management help page under "Concluded" enrollments: "Vine voices don't have any timeline to post a review and it's possible to still to get a review after the enrollment has been concluded."
So you don't need to do anything - Amazon handles this automatically, and you can still receive reviews from the Vine Voices who already have your products.
Hope this helps clarify things!
Best regards, Michael
