Ordered vine program for 30 reviews

I enrolled recently in vine program for the 20-30 reviews

I read that I get charged for the total of 30 reviews not what was claimed. So far only 9 were claimed but got only 1 review. So my questions;”:

Do I get charged per claim or per review? Wouldn’t I pay for the review considering that’s what this is about , not give away free products for no reason?

They are not actually required to leave a review....

Neither. You get charged the amount for reviews you are trying to get. You picked the 30 review tier so its $200. Amazon claims to charge this after the first review is left.

Unfortunately, Amazon is very adamant in mentioning that reviews are not guaranteed. So you could pay for this tier of reviews but only get 18...as an example.

My product is one of those big products that I don't even dare to pin my hopes on vine because the cost of one of my products plus shipping costs me around $50, and I'm worried that I'll get very few reviews and poor reviews for sending out the product because from what I understand vine testers don't give very objective and unbiased reviews because they probably don't need the product at all, or even give a 1-star or 2-star review, which means that The product I haven't reviewed yet has fallen into oblivion. But that's all based on my practical reasons, it doesn't mean vine is a bad program, you put a lot into it and maybe you'll get some nice rewards in the end!
