My product has completed cec certification and registered with alifornia Energy Commission (CEC), but I sent an email to the Amazon audit team to reply that the audit was not passed, and still cannot be sold in California. May I ask what should I do? Do I need to upload cec certification documents in the background

We received a message stating that our product does not comply with California Energy Commission (CEC) and, thus, cannot be sold in the state of California.

Our product is a filter that can be attached to faucets and it does not have any power or require a power cord/batteries.

It is not an electric/electronic appliance.

Despite this, we keep receiving the same response asking us to enter the "model name". And then we keep receiving the same response that Amazon cannot find our model name in the CEC.

What proof do we need to have to prove that this item is not required to be registered with the CEC?

Amazon shut down my plumbing product listing due to it would not find my model number and brand name on the California energy commission CEC. I cannot get any response from the CEC and have quite a bit of inventory I’ll loose. Any directions from someone that has experienced this.
