AFTER REGISTRATION IMMEDIATELY DEACTIVATE
Good afternoon, after registration, which seemed to be successful, deactivation occurred, Amazon wrote that there is not enough information and to resolve the issue you need a business license and a water or gas bill with a residential address.
I have already written two appeals, 1 time it was incorrect, then the second time there is again little information, BUT NO REQUIREMENTS!! WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED? .Here are the documents that I sent:
1 file - business license (certificate)
File 2 - consists of 5 pages:
1 . photo original water bill in my name and with my residential address
2. photocopy of water bill
3. water bills translated into English
4.notarized in two languages
5. photo of the reverse side, where the pages and the notary’s stamp are stitched
3 file - statement of a valid credit card, in my name, with my residential address (this credit card is on file)
- passport, driver's license.
What information might be missing?
Tell!!!!! I am in Ukraine!! I don’t know English, so I can’t get in touch to talk!.

I just reviewed your account in-depth and it looks like the the documentation you provided was not sufficient for our Account Health team to reactivate you.
The account was deactivated due to a violation to our section 3 of the Amazon Services agreement.
An e-mail labeled Your Amazon.com account was sent to you on July 6th, that explains in details what next steps you need to take to resolve the issue along with required items that need to be provided.
