deactivated account due to nagatice balance!
can anyone help with this matter!?
Our Amazon account was deactivated a week ago due to a $3,000 unpaid balance, which our bank initially rejected because of a transaction limit. We resolved this by paying in three installments of $1,000 and even overpaid by $160 to prevent future issues. However, Amazon took 48 hours to review our account, during which a $210 Vine enrollment fee was charged, leaving our balance at -$55. Three days ago, we paid the another $250, and after another 48 hours, Amazon confirmed receipt of our payment. However, they stated it could take up to 5 business days to locate the payment. Wire transfers are typically credited immediately, so this delay is incredibly frustrating. It’s absurd that such a minor amount could jeopardize our entire business. We have over $200,000 worth of inventory on Amazon and maintain a positive balance of $2,000 on other marketplaces. This lack of support and prioritization is unacceptable. A business fully reliant on Amazon is simply not worth the risk—they don't care about you. To them, you're just another number.

That is a very bad spot to be in. You have shown Amazon that you can be trusted financially. You may know the reason for the problem, buy getting Amazon to accept that may not happen.
Most likely Amazon will want a different form of payment method to be supplied first. Not sure why you are using a bank as a payment method. You are dealing in transactions in the thousands of dollars. You need a credit card with a high limit on no limit balance to be on file.
