It appears that this topic has been asked several times but seems to be no answers other than it could be tied to shipping fees or other fba account fees. I do not use fba, I have no chargebacks, and no a-z claims. All of the other threads have been locked so you can not ask what caused their “other” fees. Does anyone know where I can find a breakdown of my $972 in “other” fees located on my payments dashboard? Case Id 16926169261

Go to the Transaction View on your payment tab. Your "other" amounts will be listed there with the corresponding order. If the number is a link, it will take you to the breakdown.
I am assuming the “other” fees are from UPS “adjusting” what I pay after I purchase ups labels for around $7 on all my packages. Where can I find why my packages were adjusted? Must be dimensionally or weight but I am using the same 9x9x6 boxes I’ve used for several years and they weigh 8-12 oz. All of my UPS shipments have an adjustment of $22.90 on labels I purchased for $6-$9. I had no idea ups had the ability to charge our Amazon account a surcharge 3x what we bought a shipping label for.
I purchase shipping labels for 9x9x6 and 15 oz to be safe but I am being charged over $900 by UPS in adjustment fees on my transactions statement. These “adjustments” just started December 8th. I’m assuming they are for dimensions or weight but I do not know how that is possible. Has there been a change in UPS that they are adding these surcharges for another reason? I have a case #16926169261. Seller support replied that the can not look into it until after this pay period is over.
If I stop using UPS, shipping will be difficult but I can’t keep paying $30 for a label that usually costs me around $7. Where can I see the reason my label prices were adjusted by $22.90?
Can I please get a moderators help? @Manny_Amazon @Michelle_Amazon @SEAmod @Atlas_Amazon @Dominic_Amazon @Steve_Amazon @Roxy_Amazon @Cooper_Amazon @TaylorR_Amazon @Stevie_Amazon @Topher_Amazon @Jessica_Amazon @Jessica_Amazon @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp@Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6bl
How do I get someone to tell me why all my ups packages were “adjusted” by $22.90? A dimension, weight, or some other reason?
I need to know if I need to shut down this business before I loose more money. I can’t be spending $1000 every 10 days on “adjustments.” The moderators seem so helpful on all the forum threads I’ve read. I’ve tagged several. How do I get their attention on my thread?
I havent had a mod respond on my requests for help for a while. I've either p'd them off too much or they're tired of looking silly. Not sure which?
Maybe they're all off until the whole holiday season is over.
Or maybe they're just ignoring you and this particular topic.
My only advice is to take a look at the numbers.
Do you have so many INR claims that you must use Amazon buy-shipping?
Is Amazon actually providing the protection they promise for those claims?
Maybe it's time to stop using Amazon buy-shipping.
Amazon is now charging sellers for return shipping on ALL returns, even if you do not offer free returns for certain reasons. These return shipping charges are showing up as OTHER on your statements. Amazon slyly started doing this just recently.
It's a scam. They charge you for who knows what. They can't even tell you. I got charged for "other fees", I asked Amazon about it. Over an over. They cannot answer. They didn't even know what was that about. Then Amazon just never answered.
On the other platform I did see 3 charges for shipping adjustment. All 3 are false charges. They didn't even tell me. No phonecall. just email that I didn't even see. Those can end up in the spambox.
I was wondering the other day. How is that if as a person falsely charge a person, it's a crime, called fraud. If you are a small business and do that, that is also a crime, called fraud. But if you are a corporation, you charge people and it's somehow magically NOT a crime. It's just a thing you have to accept IF you even notice. Even if it's 100% false charge.
Where do you report a false charge if a corporation doing it? USPS did it to me on the other platform 3 times. What would the police do if you'd report these false charges? Nothing? Probably nothing. I mean it's literally the US government's company. Why would authorities step in and check what's going on. :-/ I was able to file 3 complaints on the USPS website but I have absolutely ZERO faith in it. I cannot even file the 3rd one, because it was "too late". Depressing...
