My account deactivated due to identity verification!!
Because the original ID card submitted did not match the appearance of the legal person after plastic surgery, our account was suspended. Multiple appeals and video verification arrangements followed, with the first video verification failing due to a failure to join on time. Verification was completed after rescheduling, but the verification failed because the new ID presented during video verification was inconsistent with the documents provided at registration. A second appeal was filed and a request was made for another opportunity for video verification, but no response has been received. The entire process was blocked several times by documentation issues and ultimately failed to pass verification. We ask for your help because we have not received any response after trying various other ways.
