My Amazon account has got deactivated due to identity verification issue. It stated the following documents are needed for verification
– A GST registration certificate (‘GST Reg-06’ form with Annexure A and B) in English
– A PAN card in English. We require a business PAN card for partnerships or a personal PAN card for sole traders.
– A valid national ID document for the Amazon seller account holder, such as a passport, voter ID
I had provided all of those documents but my account was not reactivated. Please help
I want to know that can i send FBA shipment in my USA marketplace is it ok or wait for UAE marketplace reactivation.please confirm

I understand you have questions regarding your account, UAE marketplace, and the potential impact a suspension will have on your US marketplace.
If the marketplace remains suspended, there is a chance the terms of the seller code of conduct and multiple accounts policies will go into effect. Per this policy, all stores and marketplaces owned and operated by the same person must remain in good standing at all times; if one is no longer in good standing, all of the other accounts or marketplaces will be suspended in tandem.

In regards to the identity verification on that marketplace, I would like to urge you to check the information on your selling account and compare it to the information on the documents you submitted. Is all of the information requested present? Does everything match?
