Amazon refunds my customer through A-Z claim even though the customer admits it was delivered.

Amazon refunded my customer who filed an A-Z Claim. The customer admitted they received the package in writing through messages. I have a picture of the package on her porch. I fulfill my own orders, so I get no protection from Amazon. If you do not use FBA or buy shipping from them, they will not provide any protection from buyers who receive the product, use it & get it for free.

Are you new? That's how it's always been.

I got my AI response back from Amazon. After showing them that my customer admitted they receive the package, Amazon wrote the following: Why was my appeal denied?

We have reviewed all available information and determined you have not provided sufficient evidence to prove delivery.

What more evidence than a picture of the package on the porch & the customer saying it was delivered do they want.
