Help! Our funds are held in account level reserve since March. We have contacted amazon many times but never got a reply!

Can you please help me with an issue I have with the account reserve level? All the funds are held as "Account reserve level", I opened Multiple cases and talked to multiple representatives and still nothing but

Beside the funds being held under account level reserve, my debit card was removed from "deposit methods" and I am receiving an error every time I try to add it again, that all appeared after accepting a loan from Parafin. So I am not sure if they are all related.

All account funds are being held in reserve. I have emailed disbursement-appeals@amazon.com and our "help" ticket was transferred with no response. We have not even received acknowledgement that our email was received nor any "we are looking into this" reply from the transferred case. The first email to disbursements was a week ago and second urgent email was sent yesterday.

We have not received a disbursement since Sept. 3.

Account funds were originally held due to a Seller ID verification glitch - of an account operated since 2013 - (seller ID was successful and per communication from Seller Performance Team the funds would be disbursed next disbursement cycle (today). We have received no notification on our account or via email that there are any pending claims or issues. Our account is 100% healthy per Seller Performance.
