We are selling in Europe, and the DAC7 process has been accepted. However, for the USA, I am unable to complete it due to a bug that has persisted for over 40 days. Despite more than 20 requests to Amazon customer service, nobody has been able to resolve the issue. I cannot change my address and validate the process.
Could someone from Amazon help me? My USA account is at risk of being suspended in 9 days.

I do understand your concern and frustration in attempting to successfully add some missing information for the DAC7 compliance. I see the pink banner that states you were undergoing another verification. Is that still the case?
When was the last time you attempted to add the Business information and the Primary Contact Information?

Then when I clicked on edit information, they say I got another verification. But it's wrong because I have no verification in Europe, because my dac7 is good since 8 months ago.

Thank you for reaching out through the Forums. I understand the confusion and frustration you must be experiencing.
I can see what you are talking about, where you are not able to add the Business Information or the Primary contact information.
Is it possible to click on anything that leads you to update the DAC7 info from 8 months ago just to confirm it is correct? This may be necessary as Amazon modifies some process pieces on the Account Health Page. And this may be necessary every year.
