I would like to share the frequent and subsequent issues at the Amazon Canada warehouse.
Since December 2023, our shipments have disappeared inside the Amazon Canada warehouse. Loss of cash flow and reinvestment in the platform.
We currently have shipment FBA17VBMBMB9 without scheduled release from the YYCA (CALGARY - AB) warehouse for more than 20 days. Verification dates were postponed 3 times.
I'm available for more information and recommend paying close attention to Amazon Canada sourcing.

Analyze again. Simply another lost shipment to the Amazon Canada warehouse. Loss around CAD 5.4K.
The issue is not reconciliation. The problem is the frequent and subsequent disappearance of merchandise on Amazon Canada. Cash flow is completely impaired.
Unfortunately we will reduce inventories on Amazon Canada.

If your shipments have gone through the reconciliation process and you still need assistance in achieving a satisfactory outcome, please let me know. Until a shipment is eligible for reconciliation and has gone through those steps, I do not have a path to request additional support.

We have considerably reduced our investments in FBA AMAZON CANADA.
