Read onlyWe shipped several items to Amazon FBA and Amazon FBA received the shipment FBA17R779Z3G with the exception of 5 units of X0040EEJSH. We have pictures of the packages in the shipment (we take pictures of shipments before they are shipped to FBA) and have provided the invoices Amazon requested.

As part of this review, we perform a second, physical count to reconfirm the quantity of the items received. Items are marked "Investigation Completed–shipment contents counted and confirmed" when we have completed the review.
We have completed an additional check in response to your request. We have no record of receiving the following expected items:
