FBA Lost my items

What can I do if I shipped out a case of products to FBA and a part of the shipment gets lost. Amazon claims that only 33/52 was received. I am the one who put the shipment together and know they were all in the box. Also there is proof on UPS tracking, that Amazon has provided as their partner delivery, that the items were delivered and received, they were also weighed in to match the weight of the products shipped. I opened multiple cases provided the proof of purchase they need but they close my case saying they don't find the items. This is thousands of dollars of loss for me and Amazon won't take any responsibility. What's the best thing to do to get reimbursed for all the products they lost?

To resolve this issue, you will want to submit request for an investigation in order to reconcile your impacted shipment. To reconcile your shipment, take the following steps on the Contents tab. For details of each step, refer to this page in Seller Central.

Step 1: View discrepancies and request research

View the Units located messages

View the Status messages

Request research

Step 2: Upload documents

Step 3: Provide additional information

Step 4: Preview and submit your request
