Read onlyHi everyone,
I’m dealing with a frustrating situation with one of my FBA shipments, and I’m hoping someone here can offer advice.
We shipped our FBA shipment on 11/1/24, and it was delivered on 11/21/24.
Initially, we received a violation notice stating that we didn’t send all items to the FBA center.
However, tracking confirms that the shipment was checked in at Amazon, but no updates have been made since then.
It seems like the pallet was lost by Amazon within their facility.
We've opened multiple cases, the most recent one on 1/20/24 (Case ID: 17051374041), but nothing has progressed.
Has anyone experienced this before? Any suggestions on how to escalate this issue further or get Amazon to properly investigate?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!
I have experience this last year and this year. Last year it took about a week and I was fully reimbursed. This holiday season I submitted my cases for items delivered in September and have had zero resolution and minimal response with no updates after 2 months of open cases. One they even closed one of the cases because they couldn't accept my invoice that was directly from the manufacturer. Like what????? Maybe a mod here can escalate, but outside of that things are not looking good.
Hi @Seller_pH4bT3MhnDDxB,
Thank you for reaching out on the Seller Forums!
I just took a further look into your case and see that the submitted documentation was missing one or more requirements in order to move forward with an investigation.
Please note that in order for your proof of ownership to be accepted, the document must be the original invoice from the supplier or manufacturer and must include the following information:
You also may be asked to include a proof of delivery. For LTL or FTL shipments, this will be the bill of lading. This should include:
For more information on this process, I would recommend reading through the following resources:
After reviewing those requirements further, if you believe your documents do in fact include all the above information, please let me know!
In the meantime, please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks again,
Jameson
