This information courtesy of a post by @stevie_amazon on this thread could have some bearing -

“take the following into consideration as well:

• Have you ever shared your payment method with anyone who might have an account?

• Have you ever assisted anyone else with their account, whether it be operating the account or setting the account up?

• Have you used any service providers for things such as marketing, logistics, or fulfillment?

• Is there any information on your selling account that you do not recognize as yours?“

@Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6bl has noted in previous posts by people with the "abuse" issue, that the problem could be on the BUYER side.

Could any of these have taken place there?

Too many returns, returning damaged items, using the WRONG reason for a return. etc.

Actually got to talk to someone on the phone somehow and swore at them?

Got MAD at them? Yelled? Swore?

All that is considered to be abusive behavior.

The term 'abuse' on Amazon is and can be extremely wide ranging.

This is a follow up notice to information provided to the review teams. When it comes to issues like this it typically related to your account, listings and history.

We will commonly require documentation associated with verification like utility bills, government issued ID include both front and back while also being in color. You can see our seller identity verification help page for more guidance on our requirements there.

Regarding the concerns of any listings, you mentioned not having any active listings, this includes any history of adding products to your manage inventory, even if they were not listed with any inventory. When you use someone else's listing that is branded or contains intellectual properties, it poses a concern as to where you may be sourcing them and can trigger a review, Due to these concerns we will need both invoices and a letter of authorization to verify your source and supply chain.

Since you have already provided information, what have you included in your dispute of the situation? Did you provide any of the above mentioned documents?

The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.

Emet.
