Read onlyMy store is a newly registered store and my goods just arrived on Amazon and my account was deactivated without any warning.
The reason given by Amazon was:
-- To act unfairly or misuse Amazon features or services
-- To attempt to influence customer ratings, feedback, and reviews
-- To attempt to or to circumvent the Amazon sales process
Regarding the second point, our store had not made any sales before the account was suspended, so we do not understand how we might have influenced customer ratings, feedback, or reviews. For the other two points, we have not received any specific violation notices about our account status.
And as a new seller, I don't even know what specific mistake I made thus violating the Section 3 of the Amazon Business Solutions Agreement
Who knows how I can save my store?
