Help! Received the unreasonable Intellectual Property Complaints from Philip

Hello, I need help!

Received unreasonable Intellectual Property Complaints from Philip,

The Patent ID: 001880774-0004

Complaint ID: 10712339702

A total of 6 Asins been reported (The same appearance design with different colors and packs belong to the same parent variation relationship), After submitting the appeal, only 3 Asins have been reinstated, and the Other 3 Asins are still inactive.

There are at least 4 significant differences between our products and Philips', I don't know why Philips thinks they're the same, and why Amazon accepted their report—attached the comparison images.

1. the patented bottle (001880774-0004)-There is a circular depression in the center of the bottle. This design is conspicuous and covers more than half of the bottle body. The design is symmetrical in the front and back directions; While the design of our baby bottle does not have a circular concave area;

2. Philip is a curved bottle. The circular concave design is also clearly visible in the left and right views.; While our is cylindrical-no such design;

3. For Philips, There is a concave design in the middle of the bottle bottom, and there is also a narrow concave design next to it. They are all ergonomic designs of The Philips bottles, and their function is to make it comfortable for parents to hold and easy for small fingers to grasp; The bottom of our bottle is relatively smooth and has no ergonomic design.;

4. The Philips bottle adopted a relatively symmetric design, the widest width of the upper part and bottom part of the bottle with the same width, both front and back with a round concave, Ours is not a symmetric design, the widest of the upper part of the bottle is 6.5cm, the bottom part about 7.5cm

I'm so confused about why these 2 different products can be considered the same, I don't know the standard of the judgment, if there an existing patent is in a round shape, all of the others should be rectangles or other shapes? Otherwise, they would be regarded as the same?
