Has anyone else experienced customer feedback being wrongly assigned to their account?In the past few days, we have had two separate cases where negative feedback from a different order (and seller) was incorrectly linked to our account. In both cases, the customer confirmed the mistake and tried to change it, but Amazon’s system did not allow them to do so. Despite providing proof, Amazon refuses to remove the feedback, saying it does not violate their guidelines. This is clearly a system error, and it is unfairly affecting our seller metrics. If others have faced a similar issue, please share your experience. If this is a widespread problem, Amazon needs to investigate and fix it immediately.Looking forward to your insights.

Please help us with our account, in Account Info > Identity Information we see the message "Your account has failed our verification process. Please see your email for additional information." But we don't know why our verification failed. When we called, they told us that they could not tell us more about it and transferred our case. To date, we have not received a response.

All our sales are suspended at the reserved account level. Please help us sell again.
