1 star review on the wrong item
I need help with a 1-star review on my ASIN B0DJ7ZVL73. The review includes an image of a completely different product that I do not sell, meaning the buyer mistakenly left it on my listing. This is misleading and affecting my sales. I reported it, but Amazon Seller Support has told me there’s nothing else I can do. I’m hoping someone here can guide me to the right team that can help get this incorrect review removed

I think you are out of luck. Amazon never removes reviews like these. They just let their team of bots look it over for 1 second and act like its fine

In general you can report reviews that are not the correct product via community-help@amazon.com, providing your Product Review link and your information. If you don't hear back please let me know here and provide the Product Review link and I can attempt to escalate this further. I can't guarantee the review will be removed but I will see what options I can offer.

I believe you created several duplicate discussions after you posted the first thread HERE regarding the same topic.
Please only create one thread per question as it can create confusion and duplicate work for the Support Staff. Additionally, creating multiple threads on the same topic could be seen as spam on the forums and go against forums guidelines.
