Customer return, reason different product recieved

Dear sir/Madam, here i want to inform you case no caseID=10210129632,oreder id 405-8740112-0269127 Return request date 17-09-2024 by customer. reason of return customer mentioned is different from what was ordered ordered product name is Microfiber Striped Soft Anti slip Runner for bedroom,Living Room, Study Room,Kids Room ( Multicolour , 55x22 Inches )here i want to say sir we shipped product according to customer order product quality,product name,variety is same as customer order & choice. you can also verify our product there is not any different product shipped by us, but why customer said different product pls veriy this thing.here also we want to say that pls do not Deduct return charges from my account.hope you will do as same

Is the buyer from Rajastan?

Some areas, delivery people take out the item and give something else to customer as well. Recently I had 2 to 3 issues like this. All scam by delivery boy and delivery hub. Even amazon easyship is also have this type of scam.

My case address was in Rajastan and lots of complaints from Rajastan customers

we are also facing these issues continously and there is no solution received . All the products returned are tampered , changed items , serial no interchanged , wrong products like tifffin box , cloth , indicator, old cameras , damaged waste prodcucts ...

How can a seller survive like this ...

the returned products is a loss and apart from that shipping fee and regular fee is also deducted ...

this needs to be corrected or otherwise no one will continue business ,,

Fraud customers always reject the received products by showing the reason like defective products, not ordered items , not working , replacement needed etc...

i wonder how will a seller be confident of doing this type of trading...

really Pathetic...

we request you to find an immediate solution for this and recover our losses .
