Read onlyHas anyone else had to deal with getting an ip complaint & uploading all docs proving it's not fake products all for Amazon not to remove the complaint? Just needing some advice here on how to deal with this issue. Just for some context I uploaded receipt, bank statement, pics of products and showing that the UPC’s both match the listing and product. Not sure what else I can do if someone has some feedback that would be great.
Amazon doesn't want receipts, they want INVOICES from authorized wholesale distributors. In many cases, they will also want a Letter of Authorization from the brand stating that you are authorized to sell their brand on Amazon.
What is the brand, and where did you purchase the items?
To prove you are selling an authentic product, you need brand approved distributor invoices. Retail arbitrage is no longer allowed on Amazon
Clear as glass: ACCEPTED INVOICES
Will be ONE document (not 1 showing the order and one showing your payment and one showing it was shipped...)
It will have item details such as UPC or Product ID's that can be verified ONLINE
