Read onlyDo you know the difference between a product review and seller feedback?
Product reviews provide a description about the quality of the product, its function or usefulness. Amazon encourages buyers to review the products they like and dislike to help customers make informed decisions about the products they purchase. Product reviews will appear on the product detail page.
Seller feedback covers the experience provided by the seller from whom the product has been purchased, in terms of reliability, quality, and overall fulfilment experience. Seller Feedback will appear in Seller Central in your Feedback Manager.
Can negative feedback or product reviews be removed?
If you see reviews that you think violate our Community Guidelines, use the Report abuse link next to the review to report it. You can also send email an to community-help@amazon.com, specifying the location of the content and the reason you believe it violates the guidelines.
To request removal of feedback, go to the Feedback Manager. In the Recent Feedback table, next to the specific Order ID, select Request removal under the Actions column. Please feel free to review this thread that provides additional guidance on feedback removal.

Quincy-the three rules to get feedback/reviews removed are antiquated and do not cover all the new reasons for removal (wrong product, wrong seller...). This whole review/feedback thing is full of fake reviews/comments and Amazon cannot or will not keep up with the ever-growing fraudulent occurrences.
