Product categories such as home, furniture, consumer electronics, shoes, and eye-wear categories currently support 3D content. To view the full list of eligible product categories, go to 3D shopping experience and product types.
To upload 3D models:
Submissions are evaluated against our quality standards and may require retouches before publication. To determine if your submission published successfully or requires additional action, go to the Submission status tab. Most submissions are reviewed within two weeks.
If you don’t have an existing 3D model and would like to add 3D content to your listing, connect with a 3D content studio listed with us. For more information on the list of studios, go to Getting started with 3D content on Amazon or try 3D model scanning on the Amazon Seller Mobile app.

I don't know why but I received an error message saying: "message": "The glTF file contains cameras attribute. Please do not contain cameras attribute."
However, I did not even upload .gltf file, I submitted .glb file.
