On October 19, 2024, our US account was suspended. The reason for the suspension was that the "Consumer Act" was overdue. The prompt was that the phone number was not verified.
After the Consumer Act was verified last year, we made changes to the content and location of our business license.
The changed phone number is another phone number of mine. Both phone numbers are in my name and have been used in the Amazon Seller Center-Account Information. We checked the account information and confirmed that the phone number was verified.
Now, question 1, the phone number in the Amazon Seller Center should probably be filled in with the phone number filled in when the business license was changed. 2. When we started to receive yellow warnings, we should not use emails, but should contact by phone immediately. This caused us to lose the opportunity to communicate and solve the problem in time.
After we received the warning that the account was suspended, we found the reason, changed the phone number, and immediately contacted the account health team by phone.
The account health team told us that it had been noted in the performance notification and transferred to the relevant team for review. The performance notification told us not to continue to submit the same problem.
Now, Seller Center-Account Information-Address and Phone Number shows that it has been verified. However, the account is still temporarily suspended and all products cannot be sold.
However, we don't know when the team will be able to complete the review?
The new products we developed have been shipped to Amazon warehouses and have just started selling. The long suspension of the account will seriously affect the promotion of our new products. The sales of other best-selling products will also be affected.
We are professional sellers and use Amazon logistics services.
In December 2019, we registered with Amazon, and in September 2020, we started shipping to Amazon warehouses for the first time.
From the first shipment to the Amazon warehouse, we have never made any illegal operations except using the most common advertising promotion products in Amazon.
We strictly abide by Amazon's rules and always believe in Amazon's fair and just policies.
Our account health has always been in good condition, and all indicators are excellent.
We know the importance of the "Consumer Act". On April 18, 2024, we told Amazon in advance that due to business needs, the business license needed to change the address and some content. After the change was completed, we updated all the information in "Account Information". On May 9, 2024, we took the initiative to provide Amazon with the business license after the change for review. Amazon also informed us that the business information has been verified. Since then, we have not changed the information.
This time, it is also the first time that our account has been suspended because we did not pay attention to the details.
We have corrected the error immediately and contacted by phone in time to explain.
Usually, when a case is opened, seller support will respond within 12 hours. But we don’t know how long it will take to complete the review?
We abide by the performance team's requirements and cannot ask the same questions repeatedly

It is not helpful to post here all your story. Copy and paste the deactivation email from Amazon if you want some advice.
It is ALWAYS a problem to change informations in a seller account. While doing a re-verification, the system is populating the FIRST entered data, those ones used when creating the account. But in fact, you don't really tell us what exactly is the problem, that's why copy and paste the message from Amazon.
Did you by chance change from "Individual" (has nothing to do with the individual selling plan) to "Business" and are you a Single Member LLC now?
We found the green "Start Verification" box, but there was no icon for changing the phone number. There was no submission box either. We could only change it in the account information, and the address and phone number verification was successful in the account information-business information.
