Help with Brand Registration
We have applied for Brand Registration, that we own the trademark. We have uploaded the trademark certificate. It is also required to upload a logo, which we have done. However, each and every time, we get the response:
We are unable to approve your application at this time due to the following reason(s):
Brand Name Discrepancy
• Your brand name was not visible on the submitted materials (Product Image, ASIN, and/or URL)
• If an ASIN was provided, the associated brand name does not correspond with your application
• For website submissions, the brand name must exactly match your application
We have supplied this information repeatedly but keep getting the same response. We have asked for specifics, but we do not get any. The uploads have our logo on a sample product. The ASIN we provide has us listed as the brand. What else do they require? What are we doing wrong?

I think you would benefit greatly from reviewing my colleague Sandy's post that has information around brand names and images! Along with our Brand Registry Application Guide.
One other thing I wanted to call out is the section where it asks for the brand logo, it seems you uploaded your trademark paperwork which is causing issues.
