Reactivate my account

Greetings I have big problem. Please help me to solve it Amazon deactivate (silver fox) seller account because I had (planets luxury) seller account before. But I closed and delete all data for planets luxury account and now I can't access or login anymore. So it's not active (planets luxury) Please find attached picture.

And every time I appeal to reactivate ( silver fox) seller account. I sent that email I closed my account and deleted my data from (submit a request to close your Amazon account and delete your personal information link )

imgand now I can't access or login anymore) . But every time They send me automatic reply ( we don't have enough information) And they need approve and evidence I Don't have any information for this email (planets luxury account) Now I have now just 1 seller account (silver fox)

Please anybody can help me

No where does it say the first account was actually closed. You are really only allowed one account, so why would you request to close the first one. Did you have any violations or was the first one deactivated?
