Trying to reactivate my account.

After i click in reactivate account, there is no option for me to the next step. And i cannot create case to get support. it keep lead me back to the same reactivate account page.

i have been trying to reactivate my account for a month now and i have no issues on my dashboard, i keep getting the run around and my screen does not take me to the appeal screen. please help!

I have been trying to reactivate my account for a month now and i have no issues on my dashboard. I answer all the question and submit document. "I understand the policy and acknowledge that I have no other associated selling accounts. I provide supporting documentation to prove that you are currently utilizing (or have utilized in the past) third-party services." but my account still desactivated. Please Help!
