Read onlyI am requesting assistance from one of the moderators.
Three days ago the Restrictions department designated all my products as having pesticides and delisted them. I do not sell pesticides. I cannot find anything in my product description or keywords that would give them that idea.
I opened a ticket with support, case 15384194391 and their response was that my products were NOT restricted.
I called support again and they opened another case, 15392700591. The reply from the Restrictions department was again that my products are NOT restricted. I have shown them screenshots of my inventory pages which show "Inactive" and "Fix Listing Issue" but they still cannot acknowledge the problem.
I contacted support again but am not hopeful, case 15399759531.
- Merchant support cannot resolve this
- Account Health cannot fix this because the issue is not showing in their dashboard
- The Catalog team cannot do anything till the Restrictions department clears the problem
Amazon and this department has shut down my company and apparently this department does not know it.
I am asking one of the moderators to intervene and get someone in management to contact the Restrictions department to acknowledge that there is a problem then fix it.
Thank you.
Hello @Seller_IOtVWGAmVeuRA,
Michelle at Amazon here. I am sorry to hear the issues you are having with your products. I have reviewed your case and see that your ASIN's have the word 'mold' in them. When you appeal, ensure that you are advising them that this is how the product is made, in a mold to shape the products, not a mold spore. This should get the items approved. Your other option is to remove the word mold before you appeal and then appeal again.
If you still have issues after you appeal, please provide the new case ID and I will be happy to take another look.
Regards,
Michelle
Hello @Seller_IOtVWGAmVeuRA,
Thank you for providing the case ID. I am going to reach out to the team and ask them to look again. I will get back to you as soon as I have more information.
Thanks,
Michelle
