I'm attempting to receive some reasonable support on SAFE-T claim 95616-99152-8916250 and am requesting that Amazon Forum Moderators please assist. This is a very simple case - I was charged twice for return shipping labels for a customer return and am requesting reimbursement for the erroneous second charge. I have recieved two denials for this claim with reasons that are unrelated to what I submitted or provide no detail on how the agent arrived at a decision that it is appropriate to bill two return labels for a single return. I have provided clear support in the claim and it does not appear that whomever is reviewing the claim is actually reading any of the information being provided. Thank you in advance.
