My account got deactivated in July 2023 at that time it had balance of $ 7460 but in May 2024 my acount got two Deductions of the same amount under category "Others" and now my balance is minus 7460. Why is that illegal and unidentified Deductions on my account?

We've noticed that an "Other" transaction has been deducted from our account three times, and we have yet to receive any explanation from Amazon. Every month, Amazon is deducting a significant amount and simply marking it under "Other" without any detailed breakdown or justification.

This lack of transparency is unacceptable. We have reached out for clarification but haven’t received any proper response. Has anyone else faced a similar issue? If so, were you able to get any resolution?

Amazon needs to provide clear details on these deductions instead of just grouping them under vague categories. Hoping to get some insights from fellow sellers!

Despite multiple attempts to resolve this through standard support channels, I have not received a satisfactory response. $300 was charged to my account without clear explanation. Additionally, I received conflicting information regarding my credit card validity. While I was informed that my card could not be verified, Amazon successfully deducted $13.82 from the same card, indicating a serious inconsistency.

Given the urgency of this matter, I am requesting the following:

A full refund of the $300 charge immediately.

A detailed explanation of why this charge occurred and how the card could be deemed invalid yet still be used for another deduction.
