Cool "For all tailored promotion, the promotion will apply to the entire brand catalog for redemption on any one product per customer. We will soon launch the ability to select specific ASINs eligible for a tailored promotion."

What would be better is a promotion per product CATEGORY.

I can only speak for myself, but an entire catalog promotion is unrealistic due to wildly varying profit margins between product types. A per ASIN promotion is unrealistic to develop for a 10,000+ item catalog. But for someone who purchased X it would be awesome to offer them a deal for another similar product.

We ran a tailored promotion and would like to see what the customers purchased, qty, etc. Is there a report that we can run that shows this information?

Hello, we are not sure why we get this message, "You are not yet eligible for this audience. Check eligibility requirements."

It says "Sent 10 or more customer engagement campaigns with at least 1000 total emails sent over the last 10 campaigns. Average opt out to click rate less than 1% over the last 10 customer engagement campaigns"

How can we have sent 10 campaigns if we are not eligible to make one?

I see you have replied here @Jim_amazon maybe you can help? Thanks!

When creating brand taylored promotions you can see the promotions later under your active promotions on the Advertising > Promotions > Manager Your Promotions page.

It gives you to option to clone promotions there, but I think it's buggy. If you clone one of these special promotions it doesn't have the special audiences any more. So, this is a bug as you would think you are creating a clone but you really are not. You're just offering a promotion to everyone.

Seems like these promotions must be created on the Brand Taylored Promotions page.

Amazon, please review this and fix the bugs so we don't clone promotions that aren't truly cloned.
