Read onlyRecently had a return request for an FBM order where the buyer paid $11.98 for second day shipping. The return was received on our end and the order was automatically refunded, in full. The customer's return reason was "no longer needed". Why would the customer get the second day shipping refunded if they received it on time, no issues were found with the product/order, but simily didn't need it any longer? I would greatly appreciate any insight on how to navigate these types of situations.

The exact same thing has happened to a refund on my account with $18.08USD being refunded to the buyer in addition to the product cost, because the "Style was not as expected". And a $33 international shippng order refunded as well. I don't think it is right that the buyer is refunded shipping charges that have already been used by the seller to ship in an optional expedited shipping manner.
