Read onlyI am its pretty self explanatory. ( We opened a case # 15638491181)
An A-Z claim was filed by customer 114-5461642-2249023.
When order was shipped Amazon recommended Signature and we paid for most expensive signature. Customer signed for it and the POD has the customer signature and name.
Once decision was made, Amazon said "The customer reported an issue with delivery. In this case, the tracking information indicates delivered, but the customer did not receive the package. Because you provided sufficient information that proves order was actually received by the customer, we will not count the claim against your Order Defect Rate"
We appeal the claim because Amazon used our OWN money which should of been Amazon funded according to their message they agreed we provided enough evidence. Amazon has even stated in the "Prevent A-Z claims" to add additional POD services to help prevent an A-Z being granted by customer.
This decision is a little weird and we believe Amazon is going against their message and policy.

@Danny_Amazon Here is the post you wanted me to make..
Did you purchase your shipping with Amazon's buy shipping? Just because they didn't count it against your ODR, does mean they won't refund from your account. They are saying you had enough evidence to prove delivery, but because the customer is always right, they ding your account.
I know, it's ridiculous, but that's how they operate.
