My account was under review without any notification performance.

My account was under review on May 16th, 2024 without any performance notification or email. I didn't know why it's under review and what I need to provide during the review period.

On May 16th, 2024 I couldn't transfer out the money in the account, all the money was in account level reserve. On the left bottom side of the account health page, it says Funds are held while your account is under review. But I didn't get any performance notification with the reason of why the account was under review. So I contacted the customer service, the representative told me the account was in good standing, there was nothing wrong with account, just wait. I emailed the customer service as well, all the emails were transferred to the other department. No responses ever!!!!

After two weeks, my account was deactivated.

During the 2 weeks under review period, I must need to provide something to Amazon, but there is no performance notification!!!! I am confused what I need to do to reactivate my account. All my money is locked in the account. Please help!

Your account doesn't get deactivated without notice, check performance notices again.

Same here. I even spoke to a representative about it, and he mentioned that in May, my sales were low, but then they suddenly increased, which led to my account being placed under review. I honestly don't know what to do in this situation.

After contacting the responsible team, I learned that the performance notification was sent to you on June 5, 2024.
