If your account was suspended for IP violations and you could not produce proper wholesale invoices, your funds are confiscated

I see that your account is deactivated and after the 90 days your funds appeal was denied.

Per the funds withholding policy, once you hit the 90 days post deactivation, you will be able to request funds disbursement. We will conduct a separate investigation to evaluate your account for abusive, fraudulent, or other prohibited activity. During this process, we may request that you provide additional information or documentation regarding your identity, financial instruments, and product sourcing. Also, you will be asked to complete a video verification call as part of the investigation.

Depending on the reason your account was deactivated, and the results of the investigation, the review team may approve or deny your funds disbursement. If we find that you have engaged in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, have abused our systems, or repeatedly violated our policies that protect our customers and sellers, we may withhold some or all funds in your account.
