Read onlyI've been selling branded perfumes on Amazon for over 15 years.
Recently 12 branded perfume listings were alerted for inauthentic complaints, as a result my account got suspended.
Despite providing indisputable evidence confirming my perfumes link back to the original brand owners - my appeals get rejected almost immediately.
I wonder if there are another 5 perfume sellers on Amazon that could provide the documents I provided. I provided Amazon with paper trail proof linking my perfumes to Guerlain, Gucci, Roger Gallet, within minutes they reject my submission.
I'm well aware that there are lots of replica perfumes flooding the market. Moreover, Amazon is making a clean up of sellers that are not able to prove 100% legitimacy. However, my powerful information for my alerted asins are indisputable.
Can anyone reading this advise what else one must provide to convince Amazon to reinstate my ethical, long-standing and trustworthy seller account.
Any advice will be highly appreciated.
Did/do you have LOA's from these brands? If not, you are most likely done selling those brands.
"However, my powerful information for my alerted asins are indisputable. "
So, you are saying that you have established a wholesale buyer account with the brands and are buying in large quantities, correct?
You established the account by furnishing your business license and providing you state Tax Exempt documents, correct?
OR do you mean that you purchased from their public facing website where anyone can purchase and you paid any sales taxes on the purchases?
There is a major difference and any chance of the account being reinstated depends on the answers to the above.
