I am trying to see if anyone here has some guidance for another seller I know who accidently closed their Unified North American account instead of just closing Mexico. While on the page to close that market, it only showed Mexico. She recently Just open that account
She never intended to close the USA market. She is a new seller and just sent in her first inventory, which was being received.
She no longer has access to open a Help ticket, either. Her account does show Europe,UAE and other countries as pending, but when she clicks on help, it gives her no options to log in.
Does anyone have any suggestions to recovery this?
