Read onlyHi, please of anyone can help me out, i have contacted Amazon via chat and all time they say we will contact you within 24 hours, but no one does, My account is in good standing, no any kind of issue with account or A-Z claims, I do not understand why is that happening, please anyone can help me out with this ?
PS: i have read the page "why am i not getting paid" and i dont see any issue listed there.

I reviewed the payment information in your account on Seller Central. I see that you have an Account Level Reserve. This is an amount held in reserve to ensure that you have enough funds to fulfill any claims or chargebacks. I also wonder if you have recently updated your bank account on file with us? If so, that will create a temporary hold while we validate the deposit account.
