@priscilla_amazon I filled out the info as requested and was verified several weeks ago (received confirmation email). This "risk of deactivation" banner persists - when I click thru to "Please review the list below and visit the Seller Account Information page to start verification" it doesn't show anything to be updated? My Seller Account page looks normal, no verification there. Can you speak to a possible glitch where the deactivation notice remains after you have been verified? It's pretty stressful to look at day after day....
