Hoping a Mod can help.
Since October 31st, our best selling ASIN lost all organic rank for all keywords in the Amazon catalogue. Our item has never been out of stock, no updates have been made, price has remained unchanged. The only traffic we are able to get is via Sponsored products.
We asked SS to confirm the Item type, browse nodes and to refresh the listing, but nothing has helped regained the rank or at the very least show up on search results.
Hoping to get this looked into by an escalation team in Seller Support for help. Desperate here!
we have the same issue, has not yet fixed, really disappointed
you are not alone. I had an ASIN that had Amazon's choice for the top 3 keywords, and overnight, organic rank is gone, and it was escalated four time. I get two responses so far:
1- It is working as intended, because the escalation team does not know the difference between organic rank and PPC. I am running PPC to maintain sales in hope that I will get my organic rank back.
2- We do guarantee organic rank.

I just wanted to check in with you regarding CASE ID 16621444441. It sounds like Selling Partner Support was able to change the product type for you in order to see if this issue would be resolved. Please advise if this assisted with the issue you were having in organic rank.
