I can't pay for the final shipping labels to Amazon warehouses
Good afternoon to the community, I have been having difficulties selling on Amazon for several months. What I am currently seeing is this error, where I cannot pay the last fee to send my products to Amazon and start selling. I have been in contact with support
but I still have not solved it and they are currently in high demand for queries. I have already tried deleting the workflow and creating another one but nothing... If anyone can help me I would appreciate it, greetings.

Also, do you not see an outstanding balance that you need to pay and is your charge method on file up to date?
