but I still have not solved it and they are currently in high demand for queries. I have already tried deleting the workflow and creating another one but nothing... If anyone can help me I would appreciate it, greetings.

Can you provide me with the support case IDs you have so that I can take a look into your account further.
Also, do you not see an outstanding balance that you need to pay and is your charge method on file up to date?
