Help please!
My newly set up Amazon seller account was deactivated months ago due to an account health issue. I was directed to review my account health, but it shows as completely healthy with zero violations. I'm at a loss as to what the issue might be. I have submitted multiple appeals and provided all required documents for verification, including: A clear, unexpired government-issued ID, Proof of address (a utility bill matching my registered business address), A bank statement verifying account ownership under my name, My trade license and GTIN certificates. Recently, all my shipments have been fully processed into inventory, and the units are now fulfillable, but I am unable to make any sales because my account is still deactivated.

So how d1d you set up the account? In your business name or personal name. Either way everything in the name and addresses must match your Amazon Account name and address.
What did you provide for the Tax Identification Number?
- Sole proprietor Business owners and Sole Member LLC's use your SS number.
- Incorporated multi-member LLC's use their EIN number.
