My brand application in still under review from many months , so I could not even create new brand application , Please help close.

I can't submit a new brand application becasue it says that my brand is under review, but in fact it's not. Currently I don't have any pending applications.

My brand is now approved by USPTO but I can't resubmit my application. All prior applications are either rejected or expired but still get the same message that I have an application under review for that brand.

My brand application is currently under review. It has been under review for over 2 months.

I tried to re-apply but am unable to since the brand application is under review. I applied for a trademark myself and I have double/triple checked that all information in my trademark application matches my brand registration application.

I cannot get anyone to pinpoint the issue so that I may fix it; I keep getting generic possible reasons, none of which apply in my case. I also cannot re-apply since my brand application is “under review”, and I also have not heard from Brand Registry in several weeks

How do I get out of this limbo? Thank you.
